About the Role
As our Compliance Coordinator, youll be at the forefront of ensuring tenant-reported hazards are addressed swiftly and thoroughly. Youll manage the end-to-end process from logging reports to overseeing investigations and repairs, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receive, log, and triage tenant hazard reports, ensuring urgent issues are prioritised.
2. Track all stages of hazard response using robust data systems.
3. Provide regular compliance reports to management.
4. Ensure investigations and remedial works are initiated within required timescales.
5. Communicate empathetically and clearly with tenants, including written summaries within 3 working days.
