Positioned in the operations team, this role involves handling bookings, customer queries, and maintaining accurate data while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail. You will be working as part of a team, ensuring deadlines are met for customers.

Key Responsibilities for a Freight Administrator:
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email.
• Monitor and manage a shared inbox.
• Provide quotes, pricing, and service information.
• Input customer bookings into the system (Cargowise).
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and agents.
• Produce and send customer documentation, including bills of lading.
