Who We’re Looking For
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✅ Proven experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
✅ A patient, adaptable, and empathetic teaching approach
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
