Main duties include:
* Using various computerised despatch systems.
* Use our inventory systems (E1 & AS400)
* Dealing with customer collections.
* Use of machinery - guillotines, punch press, saws and drills.
* Internal and external delivery handling.
* Packing orders to ensure the goods arrive with the customer correctly packed and in good condition.
Your working hours will equate to a 40-hour week, currently worked according to the following schedule:
:45 (with 2 x 15-minute paid breaks and a 45-minute unpaid lunch break)
Overtime may be required on occasion according to the needs of the business
Skills required:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Able to follow detailed instructions, both written and verbal.
* Manual dexterity and the ability to carry out detailed tasks at a fast pace.
* Ability to maintain focus when carrying out repetitive tasks.
* Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team within all areas of the Winsford operation both Wall Pro and GFUK.
* Some knowledge of Microsoft Office would be desirable but not essential.
* Counterbalance FLT licence would be desirable but not essential.
