Rhinox Group is a manufacturing business supplying products globally. We are looking to recruit a part-time Operations Administrator to support the accurate administration of its manufacturing activities across the business. This role is focused on ensuring the every day 'nuts and bolts' of manufacturing happens in a timely fashion and at best value. It is well suited to someone who is organised, methodical, and conscientious in their work. Previous manufacturing or operations administration experience is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided. The role is based at the Rhinox Group head office in North Newbald and works closely with the Operations Manager, Warehouse and Production staff. Key Activities/Elements: Operations Administration Raise and maintain purchase orders in line with agreed pricing, quantities, and requirements. Enter and maintain data on relevant systems, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date. Process and reconcile invoices, delivery notes and receipts against purchase orders and agreed pricing. Maintain Health & Safety records and compliance data. Ensure statutory inspections are completed, data and certification recorded, plus contractor appointments are scheduled. Support in inventory and stock management. Source, procure and purchase goods required in manufacturing, PPE and that support production operations. Support the Quality Management process required in the operations team. Support the pricing and procurement of transport and shipping of goods. What we are looking for: Knowledge of supply chain processes and how purchase orders are structured and managed. Experience of IT systems such as Business Central, Netstock, Ninety, Power BI, and supporting systems. A track record in organising, being organised, supporting large project delivery and helping deliver results. Ability to get best value from suppliers and contractors, while building long term constructive relationships. Strong organisational and methodical working style. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Teams. This is a fast paced, evolving role that aims to bring structure, organisation and a daily 'drum beat' to the team. It is an industrial setting, working directly with the welders, fabricators, painters, pickers, and warehouse staff to ensure that they have the tools and materials to operate efficiently in a healthy and safe work environment.
