Currently experiencing rapid growth after securing major business opportunities. They are currently seeking a talented Mid-Weight Artworker to join their dynamic team and contribute to their expanding portfolio. Responsibilities: Translate design concepts and mock-ups into print or digital materials, ensuring consistency in branding and design elements across various platforms. A dynamic role requiring a balance of technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Production Work : Prepare and set up files for printing or digital distribution. Manage colour profiles, resolutions, and file formats. Layout and Formatting: Arrange text, images, and visual elements within design layouts, ensuring alignment and proportions. Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal, maintaining quality standards. Typography: Select fonts and manage typography for readability and visual impact. Collaboration: Work closely with Graphic Designers, Art Directors, and team members, incorporating feedback into designs. Quality Control: Perform thorough quality checks, proofread materials for accuracy, and ensure designs meet brand guidelines. Print Management: Understand print processes, collaborate with vendors, and ensure accurate and high-quality production. File Organization: Maintain an organized file structure for design projects. Time Management: Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prioritize tasks based on project timelines and urgency. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software updates. Requirements: Proven experience as a Designer/Artworker with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects. Experience in both Digital and Print design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus. Ability to generate innovative design ideas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective collaboration and conveying design concepts to diverse audiences. Location :Hybrid/London- Hertfordshire.
