Your new role
In this varied finance role, you’ll manage purchase and sales ledgers, handle invoicing, payments, reconciliations and credit control, and support supplier payment runs. You’ll respond to queries, assist with process improvements, and accurately record sales invoices. There is also scope to support payroll and VAT where needed.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience using accounting software such as Xero or Clearbooks
2. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities confidently
4. Familiarity with payment platforms such as Sage, Stripe, or Wise (advantageous)
5. Strongmunication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
