Main Responsibilities
* Identify, research, and qualify inbound and outbound leads across energy suppliers, technology partners, and strategic accounts.
* Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to understand needs and position Chameleon's value propositions.
* Book high-quality meetings for the commercial and product teams with decision-makers and influencers.
* Maintain a steady cadence of outreach and follow-up to nurture leads through the funnel.
CRM & Reporting
* Manage and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking of leads, activities, and outcomes.
* Report weekly performance metrics including outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
* Work closely with the Marketing Team to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
* Partner with Go-To-Market and Product Teams to refine targeting, feedback loops, and commercial positioning.
* Contribute directly to revenue growth by expanding the top of the funnel and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
* Provide insights from prospect conversations to inform product-market fit and commercial strategy.
