What will you be doing at Miniclip?
1. You’ll derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, from improving our onboarding flow to driving game feature performance.
2. You’ll help build conviction on high-value areas and challenge assumptions if there are faster or more effective ways to scale the game.
3. You’ll contribute to the broader Product Analytics goals, such as democratising data.
4. You’ll partner with Product Managers, Game Designers, Game Developers and other Analysts to set success metrics and monitor the impact of new product features.
5. You’ll contribute to the team environment where ideas are freely exchanged.
6. Using data to logically design and conduct A/B tests that lead to a better understanding of gamer behaviour.
7. You’ll contribute to the broader Product Analytics goals, such as democratising data.
8. Eventually hiring and onboarding new team members across the team.
What are we looking for?
9. Track record of delivering actionable insights that have led to positive results.
10. Ability to clearly and concisely explain key findings and give data-driven recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
11. Advanced Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform complex queries in non-relational databases.
12. Experience using Data Visualization Tools such as Looker.
13. Skillful with domain-specific programming languages such as R or Python.
14. Robust knowledge in mathematical areas relevant to the position: statistics, hypothesis testing, etc.
15. Experience in product optimisation.
16. Knowledge of games and the gaming industry. (not mandatory)
