We invite applications for the role of Pharmacy Business Manager to deliver specific commercial sales objectives for the retail portfolio in a designated territory (Midlands, England) through sales contact and relationship building.

The Opportunity
* Drive sales of Generics and OTC portfolio within Retail customers in line with sales and marketing plan
* Work in a cross-functional, collaborative account management approach with regional colleagues to identify key target Pharmacists and retail customers and develop approaches with relevant value propositions
* Work in a hybrid model, defining how each customer wants to be contacted and ensuring a customer-focused balance between face-to-face and remote contact
* Achieve and exceed sales for the designated geographical territory by taking ownership of key actions developed through collaborative account management
* Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial objectives are achieved
* Take shared ownership and accountability of Key Account Management plans
* Deliver against individual metrics as defined by Line Manager
* Submit monthly reports and all other specified administration and CRM requirements as detailed by line manager and mandates
* Be cognizant of customers’ agendas, seeking ways of working collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes for both customers and Teva

Your Experience And Qualifications
Do you have...?
* ABPI code of practice exam (or currently studying towards obtaining)
* Experience and proven track record in pharmaceutical sales
* UK healthcare environment knowledge
