Collaborate with GSK’s global and regional sustainability teams to align site efforts with broader company objectives. Build partnerships with local organizations, NGOs, or government bodies to support community-based sustainability projects.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including permits, audits, and certifications. Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential environmental impacts from site operations.
* Training and Awareness: Lead sustainability awareness campaigns and training programs to build a culture of environmental responsibility across the site. Educate employees and contractors on sustainability best practices and GSK’s environmental goals.
* Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative sustainability solutions, leveraging new technologies and best practices from within and outside the industry.
