Qualifications and Key skills • A valid UK CAT B driving license • Bachelors Degree in Engineering OR • One year of specialized experience in a similar field, such as technical work in drafting, surveying, construction estimating, physical science, mathematics, aerospace, architecture, chemicals, electrical or mechanical systems, mining, petroleum, or nuclear systems. 1. Knowledge in Asset Management Principles and Practices as it applies to Operations Management and Requirements and Optimization activities. 1. Knowledge of CE work control, customer service, operations/maintenance management procedures, and functions and procedures of each type of CE work centers. 2. Knowledge of AFIs, practices, and procedures pertaining to CE operations and ability to research, analyze, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, and procedures in a variety of situations, and recommend timely and economical solutions. 3. Proficient in Computerized Maintenance and Sustainment Management Systems, including their capabilities and economic use. Skilled in Microsoft Office, with expertise in data manipulation, data analysis, and presentation development. 4. Knowledge of program planning, budgeting, financial controls, and fund expenditure regulations. Proficient in work classification, automated data processing, real property management, and economic resource utilization for efficient function accomplishment. 5. Knowledge of analytical and diagnostic methods, procedures, and principles, and surveying methods, equipment, and techniques of measurements to identify project requirements. Other Significant facts 1. You will be required to handle and safeguard sensitive information in accordance with applicable US and UK laws, rules and regulations. This position may also be coded as mission essential. 2. You may be required to travel by military and/or civilian aircraft, and you may also be required to travel to the US or other country, in the performance of official duties or attend necessary training. 3. You will be required to complete a 6-month probationary period. 4. Work hours are flexible and subject to mission needs, organizational policy, and potential overtime; other duties appropriate to the grade and skillset may be assigned. 5. You must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 6. May serve as project liaison with entities like the Army Corps of Engineers, participate in A&E and construction selection boards, and join contingency recovery teams during exercises and real-world events. 7.
