Partner with the best As a Production Manager – Load-out, you will be responsible for continuing our progress in developing a world class manufacturing environment, and positive company culture, in support of our strategic growth plan. As a Production Manager – Load-out, you will be responsible for: Leading a medium sized manufacturing unit with a budget ~ 5 million. Performing daily operations within the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. Communicating, involving and engaging the workforce in delivering the business plan in support of the Plant Manager. Managing an operation in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Conducting frequent interactions at Manager level with Engineering, maintenance, planning and enabling functions about technical and organisational alignment. Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Ensuring effective and efficient use of all resources involved in the provision of our products and services. Handling complex manufacturing processes with variety due to customization to client needs. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment. Have significant experience in Operations and Budget Management. Have a proven track record of delivering performance improvement through managing a cross-functional team. Have established project management skills. have sound oral and written communication skills. Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Be able to demonstrate an ability to analyse and resolve problems. Be able to demonstrate an ability to lead large scale projects and document, plan, market, and execute programs.
