Customer Experience Adviser | Retail & Business Banking | S1 | Winchester Branch
We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, working 28 hours per week with a starting salary of £24,500 pro-rata (base salary £24,000 pro-rata plus an additional £500 flexible).
You’ll be more than just the friendly face and voice of Santander. You’ll be a listener and problem solver, helping customers with transactions, technology in the banking hall, handling calls, and protecting them against fraud and scams. You’ll work as part of a close-knit branch team and be flexible across a broad range of activities in a multi-skilled environment.
Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answering customer calls into our contact centre
* Building relationships and finding solutions
* Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
* Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
What you’ll bring (Qualifications)
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face-to-face or telephony background
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs
* Right to work in the UK

* This is a part-time permanent branch-based role, 28 hours per week, across Monday to Saturday between 8:00am – 6:00pm
* Based in the Winchester branch
