Production Operative - Snodland
£12.25 per hour
* Standard hours:
o Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
o Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
o (37.5 paid hours per week)
The Best Connection are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site based in Snodland. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with full training provided and the chance to progress from Temporary to Permanent.
The Role
* General production and assembly work.
* Use of power tools (experience desirable but not essential - full training provided).
* Working to customer-specific orders with tolerances down to 1mm.
* Varied tasks throughout the day - attention to detail is key.
* Physical, hands-on duties in a workshop environment.
What We're Looking For
* Reliability and good timekeeping are essential.
* Previous production or power tool experience is an advantage but not required.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Physically fit due to the nature of the work.
