WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT Our Creative Services Manager is a pivotal internal-facing role responsible for managing the workflow, resources, and delivery of work across our communications function. As the operational backbone of our Social Media and PR teams, you will bring strong project management and creative operations skills to Bopper to ensure that briefs are scoped accurately, resources are allocated effectively, and work is delivered on time and to spec. Partnering closely with project managers, client partners, and channel leads, you will manage capacity, scheduling, and stakeholder reviews and be responsible for maintaining accurate utilisation data and leading studio operations for a large, diverse team. You’ll be a hands on strategic thinker with proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a media, advertising, social agency, or PR environment. WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO Workflow & Process Management Own and manage the end-to-end workflow for social and PR projects Ensure briefs are clear, scoped, and scheduled before work begins Facilitate internal kick-offs, reviews, and debriefs Lead WIP meetings (flagging potential risks / managing timelines) and ensure adoption of standard ops practices Studio & Resource Management Manage team allocations and maintain accurate capacity/utilisation data Forecast freelance needs and support recruitment with HR Collaborate with channel leads and project managers to ensure resource alignment Oversee studio operations and ensure creative output meets quality standards Project & Stakeholder Coordination Partner with project managers to scope, estimate, and schedule work Coordinate stakeholder reviews with creative, strategy, and channel leads Ensure alignment across teams on deliverables and timelines Capture, share and oversee team actions Support client partners with documentation, logistics, and approvals Reporting & Documentation Document project learnings and share performance insights Maintain reporting cadence for capacity, delivery, and workflow efficiency WHO WE THINK WOULD BE A GOOD FIT Your attention to detail, as well as your ability to manage multi-channel campaign timelines and stakeholder priorities, will set you apart.
