Full Time or Part-Time Bookkeeper for an Established Accountancy Practice
Your new companyAn established and growing accountancy practice with an impressive portfolio of clients.Your new roleYou’ll be responsible for managing bookkeeping tasks for a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries. Your work will help ensure clients have accurate, timely financial information and feel supported throughout the year - not just at year-end.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple clients
* Process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations
* Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely submissions
* Assist with management accounts and financial reporting
* Liaise with clients to gather information and resolve queries
* Support the wider team with ad-hoc accounting tasks
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and HMRC requirements
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous bookkeeping experience within an accountancy practice
* Strong knowledge of cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicating with clients
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines
