Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support to a KS2 student with SEMH needs, working five days a week.
* Collaborate closely with the Inclusion Manager and other staff to develop and implement individualized support plans.
* Monitor student progress and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
* Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for supporting SEN students.
