Key Responsibilities
* Produce and maintain engineering documentation, including quality plans and specifications
* Manage technical queries in line with established processes and standards
* Support contractor selection and contract placement activities
* Review contractor designs, drawings, and technical submissions
* Conduct technical appraisals and evaluate project options
* Perform feasibility studies, site surveys, and stakeholder liaison
* Prepare and manage engineering change documentation
* Lead commissioning documentation and testing activities where required
* Support project delivery to ensure safety, quality, and timeliness
* Collaborate with project and construction teams across the lifecycle
Qualifications & Requirements
* Chartered Engineer status or HNC qualification
* SMSTS certification
* Experience in highly regulated environments with strong safety standards
* Knowledge of CDM regulations and construction project delivery
* Understanding of safety, environmental, and quality compliance
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience in power generation or nuclear sites (desirable)
* Ability to manage technical documentation and stakeholders effectively
