Reporting to our Head of Internal Audit, you’ll lead audits end-to-end, contribute to strategic improvements, and work closely with internal stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Description
Your Influential Mission: You Will…
* Independently manage the entire audit lifecycle, from initial planning to final reporting.
* Offer valuable insights that help our teams improve and innovate.
* Collaborate with other assurance providers and cross-functional teams.
* Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and present findings.
* Use data analytics (Power BI) and AI tools to enhance audit quality.
* Support junior team members and foster a collaborative audit culture.
Qualifications
Components for Success: You…
* Have 5–8 years of experience, including 2–4 years in internal audit (in-house preferred, but accounting firm experience is welcome).
* Hold a relevant professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA, CIMA, ACCA ).
* Are confident managing audits independently and presenting solutions.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and cultural adaptability.
* Are pragmatic, curious, and open to learning from others.
* Thrive in dynamic environments and can navigate ambiguity.
You’ll Get Extra Points for…
* Experience in tech, gaming, or fintech industries.
* Exposure to SOX (US or UK) compliance.
* Hands-on use of Power BI or other analytics tools.
* Experience in project management, risk, or control functions.
