The opportunity As Head of Commercial Retail and B2B Strategy and Innovation for the Island of Ireland, you will lead a cross-functional team with one clear mandate. To build a market-leading Retail and B2B proposition that sets the standard rather than follows it. You will define and deliver a commercial strategy, translate insight into action and ensure that ideas move seamlessly from concept to launch. A strong track record in innovative product development or commercial strategy. Deep commercial acumen with a clear understanding of margins, customers and value creation.
