What will I be doing?
As a Reception Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the Front Desk to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Reception Supervisor will also be required to monitor the appearance and standards of team members. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Ensure efficient operation of Front Desk.
* Control the flow of customers.
* Ensure reception are staffed according to business levels.
* Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitality.
* Maximise sales revenue through up-selling and marketing programmes.
* Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
* Fill in as Manager on site in absence of FOH Manager.
* Review Hilton Honors Enrolments and help coordinate training/SOP’s with FOH Manager.
What are we looking for?
A Reception Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
* Front Office experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector.
* Excellent supervisory skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and delegation skills.
* Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
* Calm and organised.
* Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
* Interest in developing others to be part of a winning team.
* Excellent grooming standards.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
* Previous experience as a Duty Manager.
* Previous experience at Supervisory level.
* PEP POS Software Experience.
