Location: Chadwell Heath (Must live in or around the specific Geographic location).
Accountable to: Area Partner.

* £50,000+ per year complete on-target earnings.

The Role
In this FULLY EMPLOYED position, our Partners are given the flexibility of a SELF-EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale.
Support
This is not a self-employed position, meaning we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include learning and development, support from a Local Property Centre, the very best Technology and Industry Leading Marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.

This is a home-based role with the security and benefits of an employed status allowing Partners to manage their own diary, offering customers support at the time that suits them.
