We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Manager to take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution across a fast‑paced production environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials — from raw components through to finished goods — supporting both Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) operations.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll manage day-to-day warehouse activity, ensure stock accuracy, and drive improvements in efficiency, delivery performance, and operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations (goods in, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
* Maintain accurate inventory control across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
* Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring on‑time delivery
* Lead stock takes, cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
* Ensure ERP/MRP system accuracy and material traceability
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
* Proven experience in warehouse/distribution management within manufacturing
* Strong inventory control and stock management experience
* Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Organised, detail‑focused, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
