The Role:
* Clear structure and strategy – Corporates, OMBs, Private Equity, Banking, Tax – looking to join a corporate law team recognized in their markets as comparable to leading national firms.
* Support the head of corporate / to enable greater marketplace engagement and further development of firm clients.
* Range of work from entrepreneurs to national and international corporate projects.
The Person:
* Genuine expert in the field (M&A, private equity, restructuring).
* Awareness of clients’ commercial imperatives and ability to tailor advice accordingly.
* Anticipates legal needs of clients and acts proactively.
* Capable of drafting complex, bespoke, or unprecedented documentation.
* Knowledgeable about document requirements for various matters.
* Has comprehensive understanding of most aspects of legal matters with sound tactical awareness.
* Can supervise a team in preparing documentation.
* Reliable and able to deliver technical legal work and excellent client service independently.
