For over 20 years, Blumilk has created standout creative work for a range of brands. Our sister brand, UMA (Utilities Marketing Agency), focuses on the Utilities sector with its own distinct style. Working across both agencies offers a wide-ranging canvas of projects for key clients in Utilities, Transport, Destinations, Health, and Education. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead the next wave of exciting projects on our desks.
Opportunity
We need a calm, confident professional to be the trusted link between our clients and our creative team. You will lead projects across both Blumilk and UMA, taking ownership of campaigns, brand development, and digital builds from initial brief right through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading multi-channel projects from start to finish.
* Serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of key clients across both brands.
* Briefing and providing direction to our creative, design, and digital teams.
* Identifying and developing growth opportunities within existing accounts.
* Contributing to new business initiatives when appropriate.
* Travelling across the UK to client sites (sometimes at short notice) to build relationships, attend kick-off meetings, present work, and ensure projects keep moving.
What You'll Bring
* 4+ years of experience in an Account Management or Project Management role within a creative, design, digital, branding, or advertising agency environment.
* Proven ability to lead (not just assist with) multi-workstream projects.
* The confidence required for presenting work and navigating challenging client discussions.
* Exceptional attention to detail, clear written communication, and accurate proofreading skills.
* A solid working knowledge of the design and digital development process.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong drive for professional growth.
* A full, valid UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to client sites across the UK at short notice when necessary (all travel and reasonable expenses will be covered).
Our Offer
* A competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000, plus a performance-based bonus.
* Your birthday off, every year.
* Two weeks close down over Christmas.
* Hybrid working arrangements with regular Work From Home days.
* Allocated free office parking.
* Company pension scheme.
* An annual budget for training and development.
* A studio environment located by the river.
