AWS Python Engineer - Banking / Quant | Robert Half * City of London (Hybrid) Robert Half International (an S&P 500 global staffing provider) is supporting a Global Consulting Firm in sourcing an AWS Python Engineer to partner with them and their end client, a leading banking organisation. This role will sit within a quantitative technology environment focused on building scalable, cloud-native solutions to support high-performance financial analytics and model execution. Assignment Details Initial 6-month contract (extensions likely) Hybrid - 2-3 days per week on site in the City of London £650-£700 per day via plus 12.07 pay via PAYE (with employer's NI & tax deducted at source - no umbrella company admin fees) Key Skills & Experience Strong coding skills in Python Experience with AWS cloud-native technologies Familiarity with Docker containers Ability to build monitoring frameworks and integrate with model execution Quantitative or financial markets background preferred Must be able to pass live technical coding interviews Please note subject to standard financial and criminal background checks prior to onboarding.
