WasteRecruit has been retained by a regional resource management company to support the recruitment of a passionate and driven Head of Sales & Training to lead, inspire, and grow the sales and customer-facing teams. This high-impact role is key to achieving our ambitious growth targets and ensuring our people have the tools and support to deliver exceptional results. As Head of Sales & Training, you will manage Customer Service, Account Management, and Field Sales teams, while also directly handling a portfolio of national accounts. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to improve performance, develop talent, and build strong customer relationships across the UK.
