Raise the Bar is a leadership and management development business with over 20 years' experience supporting organisations to build confident, capable leaders.
We work with organisations across the UK and internationally, delivering leadership programmes, funded development and access to world-class speakers. Our clients include major brands who trust us to develop leaders who can perform in complex, fast-moving environments.
We are not your typical L&D provider.
Through our global speakers bureau, we bring some of the most respected thinkers in leadership, performance, inclusion and change directly into our programmes.
We now need someone to help us scale it across commercial programmes, our speakers bureau and funded development programmes.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on growth role where you will build and run the marketing engine behind a high-performing commercial business.
Your priorities will be:
* Building Campaigns - Create and launch campaigns that generate real commercial results
* Driving Pipeline - Generate consistent, qualified pipeline for the commercial team
* Executing Ideas - Move quickly from concept to live campaign without delay
As the business grows, there is a clear opportunity to step into a leadership role and build a team around you.
What You'll Do
You will work directly with the commercial team and leadership to bring campaigns to life and generate real results.
You will:
* Build and run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and sequencing tools
* Own HubSpot and turn it into a high-performing growth engine
* Set up and optimise email campaigns, including deliverability, segmentation and performance
* Execute targeted campaigns across our core products and audiences
* Use AI tools to increase speed, quality and output
* Track performance and continuously improve results
What We're Looking For
* Strong hands-on experience running email and outbound campaigns
* Good working knowledge of HubSpot
* Understanding of email deliverability, sequencing and campaign setup
* Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and output
* Organised, proactive and able to execute at pace
* Commercial mindset and willingness to work closely with sales
