The Role As a Care Support Mentor (Night Wake), you will support the team in the night-to-night running of the home, on a 4 nights on (20:00 - 08:00) and 4 nights off basis. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding is maintained. Key Responsibilities * Support young people with their daily routines, including hobbies and household tasks. * Provide emotional support and act as a positive role model. * Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning. * Work collaboratively with colleagues. * Ensure safeguarding and young people's welfare remain at the heart of everything you do.
