Job Description
Albion Search is currently partnered with a fantastic design & fit out contractor who are looking to appoint an Assistant or Project Manager for a wide range of exciting projects on a freelance basis, with experience in Construction/Fit Out.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Fit Out projects, including offices, industrial, retail, or multi-room developments as a Site Manager, and will be looking to step into a Project Management position.
You will have responsibility for up to 2/3 projects at once, ranging in value and sector.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Overall management of projects
2. Health & Safety (H&S)
3. Client liaison
4. Developing and managing programmes
5. Managing sub-contractors
6. Providing updates to Directors
7. Preparing progress reports
8. Oversight of Site Management
The projects this client undertakes are diverse, so travel will be required but this is not staying away full-time. For the days/nights you do stay away, hotels, travel, and food allowance is covered.
You must have a valid and in-date SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification, along with relevant experience within construction/fit out.
