Logistics Agent
Competitive Pay
Earn £13.50 per hour.
Overtime rates of £20.25 paid after 30 hours per week.
Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.
Shifts
Monday - Friday 8.45am - 3pm (with 15 minutes unpaid break)

Responsibilities
- Place orders on system for delivery/collection.
- Inbound/outbound phone calls for customer orders, queries, and general information.
- Serve retail customers over the counter. Process orders, refunds/credits, and cylinder refill agreements.
- Capacity planner management and reviews of load build.
- Check telephone system for any voicemails and return calls.
- Check site email box.
- Raise hazard spots on H & S system.
- Follow faulty cylinder procedure when any faulty cylinders are received including labelling.
- Review daily aborts, cancels, and fill returns.
