Main duties of the job
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Graduate Surveyor to join our Property Team. This is a key role supporting the Property Manager in delivering effective and efficient management across the Trust's estate.
The role requires the ability to interpret property data and legal documentation, manage records effectively, and work collaboratively across multiple sites. If you are working towards completion of RICS APC competencies and have a strong interest in property and estates management, we can support your development.

* Working to complete RICS APC competencies
* Able to demonstrate knowledge of Property Law

* Excellent communication skills ability to communicate with staff at all levels and external bodies
* To be dependable, reliable, flexible with a willingness to learn, maintain high standards of confidentiality
