* Location: East Grinstead
* Contract Type: Temp to Perm
* Pay: £15.18 per hour + Overtime at Time and a Half
* Average Weekly Hours: 31.5

As our client's site continues to grow, they are expanding their Process Team - and we're looking for motivated individuals to be part of this exciting journey. Working Pattern
* Production Hours: 7:30am - 7:30pm
* Shift Duration: 9.45 hours (includes a 30-minute paid break + 45-minute unpaid lunch)
* Shift Pattern: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
* Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
* Typical Shift Time: 9:45am - 7:30pm (subject to agreement)
What You'll Be Doing
* Following written procedures and Health & Safety guidelines
* Maintaining accurate records in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
* Operating with precision and care in a busy production setting
* Collaborating with your team to meet production goals
* Taking initiative to organise and prioritise tasks independently
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Great communication and teamwork skills
* A reliable, safety-conscious approach
* Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
