Job Responsibilities
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly guidelines to complete tasks with precision.
* Assemble and test products at various stages of production, including air under water and safety proof tests.
* Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives such as ACE activities (5S, TPM, Turnbacks, and Clinics).
* Maintain traceability of materials and adhere to rigorous quality control standards.
* Pursue ongoing training, including welding certification requirements.
* Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
* Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements.

Onsite Work
This role requires onsite work, including all production and maintenance activities critical to our product development.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds Level 2, or similar vocational qualification in fabrication, mechanical, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Proficiency with precision tools such as Vernier calipers, digital calipers, or measuring gauges.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in hand fabrication and sheet metal work.
* Ability to meet high tolerance standards, e.g., to a thousandth of an inch.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in aerospace, motorsport, or similar industries is advantageous but not required.
Security Clearance
This role may involve access to export-controlled information and hardware. Employment is contingent upon security checks, export license approval, and signing a non-disclosure agreement if required.
Work Schedule & Benefits
The role involves rotating shifts:
* Morning: 6:00 AM - 1:45 PM (Monday-Thursday), 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Friday).
* Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday-Thursday), 12:15 PM - 5:15 PM (Friday).
