Person Specification
* Qualified English Teacher / Head of English with UK QTS
* Clear spoken and written English (essential)
* Recent ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ observations
* Experience teaching in a multicultural area with high pupil participation desirable
* Ambitious for all students to achieve their best, whether that is a C or an A*
