Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Engineer with experience or familiarity with quality management systems, techniques, and processes Practical knowledge of non-conformance management process and SAP business tool Ideally HNC/HND level qualification with experience within Engineering or Quality Assurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams Ability to influence change Experience working within a project environment and able to operate effectively as part of a project team Ability to identify risks and critical issues and drive forward suitable mitigation solutions Understanding and respect for cultural differences Ability to manage deadlines with attention to detail Responsibilities: Manage product non-conformance and facilitate implementation of non-conformance process Provide non-conformance data analysis and summary reports Support design and manufacturing defect investigations Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and ascertain root causes Implement corrective actions Review, develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality planning documentation Ensure compliance with Business Management System procedures Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate Quality risks and issues Participate in process improvement activities Interact with supply chain on non-conformances and corrective actions Technologies: Support SAP Network Security More: We are MBDA, a leading defence organisation supporting the Armed Forces who protect our nations.
