Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
* Resolving Incidents: Handle technical problems escalated from 2nd line support.
* Project Rollouts: Manage projects such as full Microsoft 365 deployments.
* Maintain Systems: Perform updates, troubleshoot network issues, and apply patches.
* User Support: Assist staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
* Team Collaboration: Support the wider 3rd line team with complex issues and projects.
* Documentation: Log issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
