3. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
4. Provide accurate information on services and resolve customer concerns effectively.
5. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the system.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
7. Identify and escalate complex queries to the relevant department when necessary.
8. Assist with administrative tasks to support the customer service team.
9. Contribute to improving processes by providing feedback on recurring customer concerns.
10. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
11. Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the Not For Profit sector.
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
13. Adept at problem-solving and handling queries with professionalism.
14. Proficiency in using standard office software and customer management systems.
15. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
