QA Manager Adults Location: Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 Months Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 44.22 per hour Job Ref: OR11442 Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive quality assurance strategy. Identify and escalate risks to senior managers and boards. Support the pending CQC inspection. Lead and manage the quality assurance team. Co-ordinate and lead provider failure processes with the support of the Head of Services. Person Specification Experience in quality monitoring on data platforms is desirable. Knowledge of contract management and care provider market oversight is advantageous. Familiarity with co-production is beneficial.
