They have built and building something genuinely exciting, and we need someone who lives and breathes culture, connections and creative energy to help take us to the next level.
THE ROLE
Owning brand partnerships - think beyond drinks. They want the unexpected collabs, the ones that make people stop scrolling.
Build and activate an influencer and creator network that actually moves the needle.
Drive all content around key dates - events, launches, cultural moments.
Lead video content, YouTube and streaming - keep us interesting, keep us relevant.
Get out there. Bars, events, pop-ups across the UK - you're our eyes, ears and fist pumps.
Working directly with the founders and working hand-in-hand with the Head of Sales & Marketing.
YOU ARE
A natural networker - your contact list is genuinely impressive.
Coming from a creative in-house role or agency background (either is sound).
Full of ideas and absolutely zero ego.
Someone who spots a collab opportunity before anyone else does.
Obsessed with culture - gaming, music, nightlife, content - you're plugged in.
Comfortable owning a project from concept to execution, no hand-holding needed.
This isn't a sit-at-your-desk-and-send-decks kind of role. We want someone out in the world, making things happen, bringing the energy.
