Key Requirements
* Experience: 5+ years in procurement in the oil & gas industry.
Nice-to-haves:
* Joint venture (JV) or Iraq experience (e.g., Rumaila, Chevron, ENI, Total).
* Knowledge of SAPP (standard contracting procedures) and SAP Ariba.
Skills:
* Strong in contract negotiations, strategy development, supplier management, and compliance.
* Familiar with procurement systems (Ariba, Teams, MS 365).
* Able to manage bureaucracy, competing priorities, and complex processes.
