About the Role: Support pupils aged 4–11 with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver tailored interventions Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create inclusive learning experiences Help pupils build confidence, independence, and emotional regulation What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in or out of an educaional setting) A patient, empathetic and proactive approach Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential) DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one Why Join Us?
