We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Regional & Openings to help shape how Popeyes bursts into every new community we join. With around 50 new restaurants opening each year, this is high-pace, high-impact work - perfect for a marketer who thrives on big moments, big launches, and bringing a brand to life at scale. This role also manages a Marketing Executive and multiple agencies, overseeing best-in-class PR, creative and local activation delivery. Through strong relationships with franchise partners, local businesses and community organisations, the Senior Marketing Manager helps drive long-term brand love and sets the standard for how Popeyes launches, grows and thrives in every new market. What you’ll do here: • Lead end-to-end marketing for all new restaurant openings, including timelines, budgets, multi-channel strategy and on-the-ground activation. • Plan and deliver regional and hyper-local campaigns, using data to decide when to scale activity or tailor it community-by-community. • Create high-impact campaigns across OOH, PR, digital, social, print and events, driving buzz through media, influencers and standout launch moments. • Manage agencies, suppliers and cross-functional teams, ensuring every asset, event and activation is on-brand and delivered to a high standard. • Build local presence and community relationships, partnering with businesses, organisations and franchise operators to drive engagement and long-term loyalty. • Review, report and optimise performance, providing clear insights while leading and developing the Local Marketing Executive to deliver best-in-class execution.
