Job role: Plasterer multi trader
Location: Covering Stratford-upon-Avon
Pay per hour - £17 - £21ph depending on skills
Job type: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Conduct plastering and drywall repairs and installations in social housing units.
* Perform multi-trade tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
* Collaborate with a diverse maintenance team to address various property maintenance needs.
* Inspect and assess housing units for maintenance requirements.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Certification or training in plastering or a related field.
* Proven experience in plastering and general maintenance, preferably in a social housing or property management setting.
* Ability to perform multi-trade tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
* Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in plastering.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
