Job Description
The successful role holder will ensure our projects documentation is update, accurate and accessible using various document management systems as required by our clients, whilst maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
This role will be part of a team of document controllers working out of our Head Office and will include visits to the sites they are responsible for.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Check for accuracy and edit files.
2. Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows).
3. Copy, scan and file documents to ensure update and ease of reference.
4. Review and distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
5. Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
6. File documents in physical and digital records.
7. Upload incoming drawings for review and monitor comments/actions needed.
8. Create templates for future use.
9. Collate and distribute drawings as requested by the site team and clients.
10. Manage the flow of documentation within the project.
11. Prepare adhoc reports on projects as required.
12. Set up and maintain Drawing register, check and monitor drawing updates.
13. Send weekly drawing registers to all projects.
14. Produce and assist with the management health and safety folders.
