Primary Teacher SEMH School - Alsager Contract: Full-time, initially fixed-term with the strong possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right person This SEMH School is an SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) specialist provision in Alsager, is seeking a dedicated Primary teacher who can make a genuine impact on young people who need stability, understanding, and high-quality teaching. About the Role We are looking for a teacher who can: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons as an inspiring teacher across KS3-KS4 Support pupils with SEMH needs while thriving as a compassionate teacher Work within a caring, trauma-informed team Maintain high expectations and consistency as a committed teacher Use creativity and flexibility in the role of a resilient teacher Build strong relationships and contribute to a calm environment as an empathetic teacher This role is offered on a full-time basis and may become a permanent role for the right teacher who demonstrates commitment, passion, and strong impact.
