Our international client is looking for a IT Support Engineer to join their team for a freelance B2B contract that will begin with a 12-month engagement with a high chance of extension. This position is part time, being 3 days per week on a hybrid basis.

Skills and responsibilities
7. Proven experience in an IT Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support role.
8. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows end-user environments (PC/laptop, Office/M365-type tooling, printers, peripherals).
9. Basic networking knowledge (, LAN/Wi-Fi fundamentals, switches/APs at a basic level, connectivity troubleshooting).
10. Comfortable supporting light infrastructure tasks (refresh assistance, coordination, follow-up).
11. Able to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and follow through without heavy supervision.
