Are you passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment and adept at navigating complex employee relations scenarios? We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Case Advisor to join our dynamic Human Resources team in either Chelmsford or Glasgow. As an Employee Relations Case Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our UK business by managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and appeals. Your expertise will ensure these cases are handled efficiently, fairly, and in alignment with HR policies and the Gallagher Way. #LI-CT2 How you'll make an impact Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the employee relations process, ensuring consistency and pragmatism in case handling. Assist in developing and maintaining disciplinary and grievance precedents, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies. Maintain accurate case trackers and data inputs, ensuring alignment with employee relations KPIs and performance standards. Collaborate with the Employee Relations team on projects requiring your expertise. Uphold Gallagher values and behaviors, fostering a culture of integrity and trust. About You CIPD qualification is desirable, along with education to A-Level/Higher standard or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations cases, with a strong understanding of relevant policies and procedures. Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage confidential information with tact and empathy. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Right to work in the UK.
