Shifts: 8am-8pm

As a Bank Care Assistant on Days, you will:
Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents during daytime hours
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
Encourage independence and dignity in all aspects of care
Work collaboratively with the wider care team
Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans

* Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our 'Reward Me' app. Flexible pay is available via 'STREAM'.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
A kind, empathetic, and patient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work bank shifts as needed
A genuine passion for supporting older people
